Project Greenfield
A state-of-the-art cold storage and production facility serving Grillo’s Pickles (Irresistible Food Group). The facility included phased production rooms, a dedicated office area, a tornado shelter restroom, and controlled access within a fully fenced campus with an on-site guardhouse. Constructed with conventional steel and a mezzanine, it featured interior IMP walls, PVC-wrapped piping, self-contained HVAC with DDC controls, an advanced refrigeration and ammonia system, and on-site wastewater treatment. Close collaboration with the client ensured all building systems and materials were designed to withstand the unique demands of vinegar-based production.
