Meet Conlan

“Relationships start with doing a good job. When you do a good job, people want to keep working with you.”

That has been our philosophy since Gary Condron founded Conlan in 1987, when we were a small commercial contractor working around the growing metro Atlanta area. Satisfied clients became long-term relationships that led to more work – a trend that continues to define our growth story.

Over the years we’ve grown our relationships and footprint, building from the East Coast to California and opening additional offices in Florida and Texas.  Although Conlan is a nationally recognized general contractor and a leader in light industrial construction, we still approach every opportunity like it’s our only one and every client as a valued partner.

The Conlan Way

In 1987, Gary Condron wrote down six core commitments. Those commitments to clients and one another have driven each decision we’ve made since our inception. They’re the core of who we are and the foundation for the reputation we’ve built.

The Conlan Commitment

Our commitments extend beyond our clients and team members. With every project, we aim to improve the community and lives of those around us. We call this approach Mindful Construction, an acknowledgement that what we do today affects tomorrow.
